✅ Aroma Saules Anti-Stress Essential Oil Blend 30ml is a specially selected combination of orange, tangerine, rose, and enchanting lavender essential oils that will help restore your emotional and spiritual balance, relieve stress, lift your mood, create pleasant emotions, and allow you to confidently face the future.

⚠️ Contraindications: individual intolerance of components.

✅ Aroma Lamp: 1-2 drops of oil or oil blend for every 5m2 of room space.

✅ Aroma Pendant: Pour 3-5 drops of oil or oil blend into the pendant and wear it around your neck throughout the day.

✅ Baths: Add 5-10 drops of oil blend to the bath, mixing them with sea salt or honey beforehand.

✅ Massage: Add 3-7 drops of oil blend to 20g of base (fatty cream or oil), but no more than 15 drops per 30g. Enrichment of shampoos, shower gels, creams: add 2-3 drops of oil or oil blend to 10g of the enriching product.

✅ For reflexology massage: mix essential and vegetable cosmetic oils in a 1:3 ratio and apply to acupuncture points.

✅ For rubbing: mix 10ml of ethyl alcohol-water solution (30-50%) with essential oil. In addition to ethyl alcohol, you can use a 10% propolis alcohol solution or any carrier (vegetable cosmetic) oil in the same amount.

✅ Spraying: Mix 3-5 drops of essential oil dissolved in 1 tablespoon of alcohol-containing product into a sprayer filled with 1 liter of plain water. Then shake the vessel and spray the mixture in the room.
